I’ve spent nearly 15 years in recruiting, with the last five dedicated to the mortgage industry. My focus has always been simple: build strong teams, find great people, and help branches grow the right way. I’ve recruited and developed high-performing loan officers across multiple markets, and I’m known for connecting quickly and placing talent where they can truly thrive.
Working in both recruiting and origination gives me a clear view of what loan officers, branches, and leaders need to succeed. I enjoy creating healthy culture, supporting growth, and helping teams perform at their best.
On the personal side, I live in Northern Colorado with my beautiful wife and our two daughters. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me on the golf course or somewhere in the mountains soaking up the fresh air.
