Hello, welcome to my page.

Hi, I’m Candace Palmer, a mortgage loan originator with Citywide Home Loans, proudly licensed in Florida, Tennessee, and Wyoming—with more states on the way! I specialize in VA, FHA, conventional, and first-time homebuyer loans, and I consider it an honor to guide my clients through one of the most important financial decisions they’ll ever make.

I’m especially passionate about helping first-time homebuyers take that exciting leap into homeownership. I know how overwhelming the mortgage process can feel, and my goal is to make it as smooth, clear, and stress-free as possible. My clients often tell me they appreciate my availability, my willingness to go the extra mile, and my ability to truly listen. I bring a calm presence, a positive attitude, and (as they say) a little southern charm to every transaction.

As the wife of a retired U.S. Air Force veteran, I have a deep appreciation for our military families and love working with VA borrowers. When I’m not helping clients, you can usually find me outdoors hiking, biking, or paddleboarding—or enjoying a quiet moment with a good book and our two pups. I’m always up for a new adventure or a new recipe to try.

Helping people reach the finish line of homeownership isn’t just my job—it’s my calling. Whether you’re buying your first home or your fifth, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
